Tyler Taxi Cab

My dad is in a wheelchair, and called a cab because his wheelchair accessible van broke down and he needed to go to several doctor appointments. Missed 2 of his appointments one day because the cab did not show up. And the next day they did not pick him up for 4 hours that when I called for him to be picked up. Lady on the phone kept saying that the cab would be there in 15 minutes, waited 30 minutes to call back and same lady told me somebody had cancelled the cab, which she lied. Finally someone picked up my dad from the doctors office, but took too long. Never using the taxi service again

If you are not part of there contact they will make you wait for ever on them but if you are part of the contract group they are there asap

I was waiting for literally an hour. I usually call around the same time every Friday. A family member ended up showing up and I had a ride to work, but now I can't eat before my shift. I'm glad uber and lyft are in town now.

Some of the cab drivers here are not very professional at all ... it's this one short stubby Mexican guy that where's glasses that tries to take u to your destination the long way around.... to charge u more money ... the first time I let it slide ... the next time I rode with him I politely asked him to go the way I wanted him to go witch was 2$ and 50cents cheaper. he got very upset with me and was telling me that he had to go the way his GPS tells him to go...... that's not cool. ....... think I'll take uber from now on
