Slow to respond if you are not the policy holder, but that is expected. Sad but common. Otherwise a typical N.J. Insurance company.

just signed up for PAPERLESS billing and got a notice in the mail that says, "THIS IS A NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL - THIS IS NOT A BILL" and it's printed...on PAPER!!!!!!! LMMFBO!!!! perfect.

I have had NJM since I was 17 years old (under my dad's policy) and I'm in my 60's now. I have never ever had a problem with them .... and would never even consider another company for my car and home insurance needs.

Excellent service. Very Beautiful women Old and young. The ladies in customers service are great. I love them. Great Staff. Great overall experience. Unlike some places. I rate them at 100 percent satisfactory
