I came to this group because I haven't had much luck with primary doctors and have had a variety of medical issues for months. The first thing I notice is they seem to be amazing doctors but I never quite get an answer to any of my questions or get a "next" step on what needs to be done next. They always say to follow up in a month as my issues don't need any more attention. I have sent messages in the portal that takes a week to get a response if I do. I think they have way too many patients to be able to give personalized attention and getting a last minute appt with them is impossible. I have also seen a general surgeon in the group who told me something completely made up then denied it when I came back to address it. Not exactly what I expected from the group considering they are supposed to be top notch.
