Staff pretty good sometimes waiting isn't fun but it isn't elongated & you get discounts on braces because of medicade overall in 2015 its a good place

The worst dental establishment I've ever had the displeasure of going to. I had my braces put on here and literally forced them to take of my braces after 6 months because of how terrible they are. I could not go a fu 2 years going to these people who put on the braces improperly the first time! While putting on my braces the unprofessional workers, especially a small Filipino women, were on their phones while applying my braces!!! They reused equipment without cleaning and made me feel like burden to them! I apologize for this rant but these people are honestly horrible, please do not go to this office.

They're always busy,they cancelled my appointment and said someone else called and canceled it because of family death(nobody called),they dont take emergencies seriously(Ive had a tooth infection for too long),they have dentist that dont use new gloves,etc.When I went there a year ago they were a little bit better.

Will not recomend anyone to this office. Office staff treat you like crap. They value money before YOU. I had "permanent veneers" paid top price upfront, and had to go twice to get them reatatched! Its a hastle everytime you want to come in. If u have an emergency (a fallen veneer is not) u have to come in the next morning and wait for over 4hrs to be seen. RIDICULUS! At 5pm, after you have waited all day, they will see u with dirty looks. I forgot to mention, while u waiting to be seen they talk about their patients, and don't answer the phone because they are too busy gossoping.
