This place is a health hazard and seriously needs to be shut down and professionally deep cleaned/sanitized. While Jonesboro is home of some of the down right filthiest restaurants I've ever eaten at, Cici's Pizza at the Caraway location is an abomination and health hazard. We will never return after today unless something is done with this filthy FILTHY eatery. It's an embarrassment to our community.

The floors.....literally haven't been swept in weeks. Mopped? Probably never. Every inch of this place is filthy with a layer of scum.

The fountain drink area and all the seating near it smells of rancid/spoiled/rotting liquid. Stagnant and repulsive. One look or smell and it's easy to see that nothing is EVER cleaned. It's truly sickening and THAT BAD. The management here needs to be fired immediately and honestly the employees do too because this place is so run down... This didn't happen over night, a bad week, short handed that month(s).......this is a long standing matter of pure disregard for public health and basic sanitary conditions. This isn't something that is or was just over looked here and there from time to time and needs a little extra elbow grease. It's so far gone that it needs to be shut down by the health inspector, and bleached from top to bottom while wearing hazmat suits. Yeah, it's that bad.

Absolutely filthy. Selection was horrible. The lettuce was going bad. The bucket of cucumbers were days old. Every pizza, no matter what type was bland. And to make matters worse... I ended up food poisoning. We won't be eating there again. I was very disappointed. The other Cici's we've always enjoyed it. This was pure gross.

Pretty poor selection. Seemed like they had mostly Alfredo pizzas on the buffet the entire time we were there. The place could have used a good cleaning as well. There was a fairly good crowd and the prices are good so I guess you get what you pay for in this case.

This was literally the filthiest restaurant I've ever been to. The floor was absolutely disgusting. Stuff was splashing up on the back of my legs as I walked. The counter with the soda fountains on it was soaking wet. Instead of cleaning it looks like they just put wet floor signs all over. Plus one of the employees was stuffing his face right at the buffet. They hardly had any fresh pizza and they never once put any fresh dessert pizza out the whole time I was there. Will never go back!

Decent food and good service... Pricing could be more modest but no complaints as far as food. Surprised multiple negative reviews over someone else's review(especially when that a person's 1 review). Ridiculous, can't give a review w/o experience at location. I also suggest either doing away w/ $1 military discount 10-20% or nothing be better.
