I have been with PFI for close to two years now and am very happy. Before I was paying for my family health insurance through work, but when the rates went up I knew we had to make a change. It was my first time working with a health insurance broker office, and I was a little nervous but Joe made the process easy. We now have a better plan with lower deductible and it costs about two fifty less then we were paying before. They have great customer service and always answer their phone. Will be a customer for many years, can't say enough good about these guys!!!!!
