If I could put less than one star I would. Avoid this place! First problem when i called and asked for the address the lady told me the wrong address. Insurance made a reservation for me (mid-size) , but when I arrived they only had 1 compact there. While waiting I saw 2 other people come in with reservations only to be told that no cars where available. After sitting and filling out paper work all of a sudden the one compact that they were going to rent me can't be rented because it is due for an oil change. No other offers made to try and work with me or help me out was attempted. Just a shrug oh well. Completely useless and unprofessional. Never go here. Just go down the road to enterprise and be taken care of like they appreciate your business.
