Lordswood are brilliant with our cat, who is epileptic. We've visited several times and arranged a home visit on one occasion, and we pop in regularly to pick up medication. The team are really friendly and efficient and any diagnosis/treatment is always fully and clearly explained.

Vets seem knowledgeable and caring. Not too hard to get a late appointment either. Not sure my cat would give 5 stars though. 😛
