This has been one of the best sports massage I have had. The trigger releases and pressure was perfect and received advice regards knee exercises and wellbeing. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at well life physiotherapy. Really professional with their work and how they went about my treatment. I've had a bad injury for a few years now and I've beento different physios that don't really show interest and see you as just another patient. But at well like they really made me feel like they were passionate about helping me and getting me to the point where I want to be.

I had a home visit and was treated for severe neck pain and stiffness. i was really worried but felt a lot better after the treatment. lotoya is an amazing physiotherapist and would definetly recommend her to anybody.

My partner had a football injury in April 2016 and after removal of the cast was severely struggling to get back to normal activities. He decided to get private physiotherapy from Lotoya who worked out a program to suit his rehabilitation working towards his personal target date. The treatment and guidance given was professional, outstanding and more importantly reassuring, the results were amazing, three weeks into the program he has gone from crutches/ non weight bearing to unaided walking.
He is now starting a strengthening program with her to achieve full movement and to get back to playing football again.

Thanks Lotoya for your time and ongoing commitment, he would highly recommend well life physiotherapy.
