I visited Capital Physio for long term hip and knee injuries sustained playing football. The aim was to get back to playing as quickly as possible.

Within 6 - 8 treatments Riz had me back on the pitch, completely recovered.

Riz is a complete professional, has great expertise and knowledge of the human body, and is a credit to his profession. He takes Physiotherapy upto the next level with his hands on treatments, immediately identifying the problem.

I received excellent treatment with Capital. Really felt they understood my injury and provided correct exercises and treatment to help relieve the issues. Everything was well explained, and they helped me to understand the cause, as well was as the preventative measures I could take in the future. Good learning experience as well as treatment. Great job!

Convenient, friendly and great treatment!

I attended Capital through my work benefits scheme to deal with an foot/ankle problem after doing the Birmingham half marathon.

The treatment I received helped get to the cause of the issue and I have since been able to restart my training for a marathon in 2017.

I would 100% recommend using Tom as a physio!

Referred here by my Medical Insurance; Tom quickly got my injured wrist sorted in a few sessions using ultrasound, manipulation and advice. Overall a great experience and I'd definitely revisit should I need to in the future
