Lovely place nice atmosphere si was very pleasant too (owner) so much equipment you get lost on what to use ...a real body builders gym .but so much other equipment too for every aspect of fitness ... Even got hairdryers and straighteners in ladies toilets ...

UFB was the best gym in Birmingham. UFB 2.0 is even better.

A proper "Go Hard or Go Home" gym. Nice crowd and experienced staff.
