Good value for money since it has a sauna and a steam room and showers are good.
Gym wise it's pretty average and very busy in the evenings
Day times are great though

Great gym. Shame they not replacing the items that are stolen such as kettlebells etc

Very good classes, with really good instructors, to take part in throughout the day as part of the membership fee. No extra cost.

Its a gud gym and offers good value of money. good equipment and plenty of aerobic options.
