One of my favourite places in Liverpool! Everyone is welcoming and the atmosphere is great, they make sure you're safe and I've never felt judged or embarresed even when I don't know how to do something.

Dont park your car here, they will vandalise it like they did with mine thinking they could ruin my day. Luckily the garage round the corner solved the problem in minutes. Obviously a very sad and immature gym lol

Great place to train. Friendly atmosphere, very accommodating coaches. I dropped in today and enjoyed a very challenging but fun workout. Will be back again very soon!
