All the staff are very friendly which is a huge bonus especially as some people have a bit of a fear of going to a dentist in the first place. Anetta is my dentist and she is excellent. She explains everything she is about to do and checks in during treatment that you are doing OK.. It's probably the first time I have been relaxed about receiving dental care and that is down to the team at thistle dental care

The Reception team are much better now and friendlier than before, although I've yet to see that young bloke again who seem to have a chip on his shoulder, hopefully he's had better training.

I like the new layout of the waiting area though, and the free travel toothpaste is a bonus =)

As to Dr Aneta who saw me few days ago, I disagree with her suggestions of wanting work done on completely good teeth (UR4, UR5). Just comes across as more interested taking in revenue for the business and no patient care at all. I also noticed that the nurse who assisted her on the day have a bad breath, so to me, working for that establishment there shouldn't be an excuse. There is always room for improvement, I hope!

I delayed sending you my review, until the course of treatment had been
completed.
It is difficult to find any find anything but good to say about my experience at Thistle. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.
The refurbished foyer and waiting room felt more comfortable,
I appreciated the calm, quiet feeling of the waiting area. It was good
to have a wide selection of magazines to help reduce any nervousness.
