Stayed here for one night ready for early ferry next morning. Clean,well maintained, polite desk staff, quiet rooms. Would recommend.

Rooms as expected for a Premier Inn. Evening Pub food and breakfast good. Very helpful staff. WiFi very poor and kept login you off, not good value for your money.

Brand new room in a new part of hotel, a lot nicer than your normal premier Inn room. But why did they not put air con in the rooms, it was soo hot but they did provide a fan. Good breakfast and staff were really friendly. Would definitely use again when going on the ferry. Would have given 5 if they had air con, as good value for money.

Overall very good and easy stay. Left standing around at the beefeater next door for 15minutes before being seated but not technically the hotels fault. Air conditioning would have been good in the rooms as it does get warm in the summer. They had kindly put a fan in the room but this needed to be on all night to keep a bearable temp.
