Biatta at reception was amazing. She made our stay in zurich memorable. Breakfast selection was limited and repeated daily...not ideal if spending multiple days at the hotel. Room was clean and tidy nicely sized.

Nice hotel in a great location... walking distance to Sihlcity mall and tram stations.
Friendly staff, Biatta was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were neat and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Truly a 4 star hotel. The service at the front desk was great - the receptionist gave me detailed info about how to get to the airport, she even got me a train ticket. I never had to come back to the front desk for key card issues (had none). The restroom was super clean they even had a shower cap. Felt super nice about staying there.

The hotel is quite clean and tidy. The rooms arw small as well as the bath. Bit i assume that is how it is in Zurich. I stayed in a company owned appartment that was more than dluble of it, but again, that was company owned. The room is decent and included wifi and breakfast is also om. Breakfast is not elaborate, but sufficient to get u filled up. The staff is very helpful and soft spoken. All put together, the hotel works for the purpose of sleeping, eating and working, bit don't expect luxury here. I wouldn't mind coming again here if they give me a good view from the room.

The shower head can't point down, it points out, and as a result gets the entire bathroom soaking wet. The beds are quite hard, which is not my personal preference as it hurts my hips. Finally, the system is such that when you remove your key card from the light holder, the blinds automatically go up. When you remove it, all the lights go out and the shades go down. This is not as big a deal and more a convenience issue, but unless I think to remove the card right before bed, I end up being woken up by the hot sun.
