I have been a fan of Float Spa for 4 years now, and will keep going back. The staff are highly competent, and in fact the best, most professional and most capable I have found in all of Geneva.
I regularly go for waxes, and they perform it with high quality wax and high competency, and as a result they are the least uncomfortable I have experienced.
I have also had many a message and can speak very highly of the therapists. I have enjoyed using the Float Spa too.
The customer service is excellent. The are open late every night and always can get a late night appointment after work, sometimes at half a day's work. They are very accommodating and always do their best to fit you in.
Finally, I find their prices excellent value for money. 65chf for a Brazilian and lip wax - better than I could ever get in London!
I will keep coming back. I would recommend to anyone, and indeed do to all my friends!

Friendly, Flexible, efficient and professional. The team make you very welcome and I find it great that they take an interest in their clients without making you feel just another number. Compared with others in Geneva, there nail and waxing are efficient as well as a very well decorated spa :) A must try in Geneva!

Just great place! :) Extremely good quality of waxing (they don't do sugaring, but it doesn't matter for those who struggle from pain), very caring. Nails are quick and massage included, just maybe need to use more hand cream on cuticles...

Girls are multilingual and you can always leave feedback in real time, owner stays there as administrator :)

Also salon works till late and on weekend too.
