Four day rental they charged us an extra $135 dollars for insurance we didn't opt for. Beware of hidden costs. Also moved their office during rental period without advising us. Go rent from someplace else.

We have been picking up rental cars a couple of times and it has always been a nightmare... but this time we have been welcomed by a young guy with a big smile (Anders Vik) and the first info he gave us was that we were upgraded from a Yaris to a Audi A5 👏🏻👏🏻 The rest of the process was clear and simple, the car was in the basement and we left 10min after arriving! Best car rental exp ever ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Near city center, New models cars in perfect condition, cleans and cheap. Is perfect to rent a car for a trip around the Norwegian fjords.

First-time visit and my subsequent analysis is:

Friendly staff but, and as with essentially all Avis outlets world-wide, they consistently neglect to inform you of any price associated with additional insurance, CDW reduction/waiver and whatnot. I've come accustomed with the extra fees, but from a service perspective it's still dreadful. I've not been a subject of a surprise due to this, it's just very passive.

Incredibly dull fleet of cars, recieved in my mind a car that belonged to a completely different class.

Very illogical placement of rental office and its garage which were on completely separate locations. And as a bonus, if you're returning your car outside the office's opening hours, you have to walk to a hotel and return the keys there. Like, just use a mailbox type of system like everyone else. Instead I get to wait in the hotel's reception just to drop off my keys whilst the hotel reception serviced its customer (I'm not saying they shouldnt; they should prioritize them).

All in all: the only benefit of this rental outlet is its geographic location. If you're not bound by that, I'd look at more legitimate outlet such as Sixt which I highly recommend.
