Very disappointed. I can't even rate their treatments as they had somehow forgotten to book me in for my facial. Not what I needed in the lead up to my wedding! Obviously they don't need customers. Go elsewhere!

Very bad place to do your treatment, I asked for something and got the opposite also the manager of kohi branch doesn't have the basic customer service skills. Unfortunately I haven't read the review before I go to caci kohi. I had a complaint with FAB group but even though didn't receive a good result. Don't recommend it at all.

Caci Kohi introduced me to Murad products and I haven't looked back since. Amazing service and the staff have such an abundance of knowledge. Highly recommend.

Completely messed up my face. Do not go here for any cosmetic work. Have a complaint with FAB group will see what comes out and will update review accordingly.
