As per Auckland good quality - good price. Near the hotel you can find beautiful garden with roses. It is 5 min to the sea bay. You can have breakfast here.
Walls are thin, those you can here all what is going in near by rooms.

Situated next to the Beautiful Rose Park with a top view of the park. Friendly staff to help you when you’re jet lagged and needs rest. Quiet place to rest before catching your flight.

We went for a walk in Robinson Park (Rose Garden) and it was really nice. The hotel was nice.

Nice hotel overlooking the rose park but bit over priced in need of renovations

Handy to the city, but reasonably priced. Free parking!
