We were sent here by the owner of the coffee bar around the corner. What a great find. Calm and authentic atmosphere and very nice simple authentic Genovese food. We went with our three sons (2, 6 and 7) and they were kind and welcoming and so were the other people in the restaurant. Our kids wolfed down all the food so that should say something about the taste. No one spoke any English so we had a good laugh communicating, however the menu is translated in English.

Storica trattoria genovese che propone il meglio della tradizione ligure. Ambiente molto accattivante, gentilezza assoluta. Presente anche un menu turistico molto conveniente. Buona scelta di vini.

Si mangia bene e il menu turistico è particolarmente conveniente. Locale caratteristico e personale molto cortese

I've taken a tourist menu. First courses were excellent with fresh ingredients, second courses were low profile. Honest prices. Not so kind service.

Very traditional italian restaurant with wonderful food very friendly staff. Try the Calamari dell chefe, one of the best dishes I've ever tasted!
