Insultingly horrible customer service. Booked online, from the moment I went to the moment I left I have never been more appalled in my life. I would rather sleep on the streets. The customer service ignored us, laughed at us when we contested additional charges that were not advertised and reminded us that there is no where else to stay. I've stayed in some amazing and awful places and this one takes the cake, save your money and go somewhere else.

The Hotel has a nice ambience and friendly staff. I had stayed in one of their suites and I must say that it gives you a 5 star hotel room experience. However, the main door of the room has a translucent door. Somehow the corridor lights remain switched on all night and brightens up the room at night, which can be distracting during sleep. The breakfast choice is brilliant and I noticed many international guests enjoying their coffee in the beautiful back garden. Location is good as you are just off the city centre. It's near the famous Englischer Garden. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Munich.

Spacious rooms and good garden. Hotel management is professional. Receptionists are not as welcoming and helpful as you would expect (except maybe miss Mariyam). The hosts during breakfast don't seems to understand what cusotmer means!

Really neat grounds and room layouts. No AC in my room, and I had to ask for shampoo. I've heard good things about breakfast. Love the sports club and restaurant associated with the property
