staff seems to be mostly trainees who are polite, but not always knowledgeable or skilled. The food at the restaurant is of very high quality though.

I am not quite sure what this place has to do with quality: everything is old / dirty and the staff is the most unfriendly folk that I have ever met.

the most pour service at front desk, almost no service . not helpful at all. room facility too old, air condition not working....bad, next to road side extreme noice. no peace of mind

Nice hotel, a bit outside but well connected. Good breakfast.

Fitness area is a joke, equipment not usable. No safe and no shoehorn in the room. Room size and cleanliness is good. Location 10 min from airport and also good connection to city center.
