The room was very clean and laid out well. Amenities were nice, plenty of towels, etc. There was a weird draft noise coming from our windows with the wind- not sure if that can be remedied, otherwise a pleasant stay!

Perfect location to go explore, great staff, and an amazing breakfast.

Because the hotel was fully booked the service at the breakfast was poor.
But this doesn't influence our global perfect experience at this hotel.
Location is super, very nice people at the front desk, excellent parking ...

so in global SUPER !!!

Hotel staffs were all friendly and warm. The room was clean and the beds were very comfartable for sleep. I especially loved "no room cleaning service with a small gift". That was a kind of surprised pleasure.

The price per night changed every time I called back to ask for a confirmation email.
Getting this email took three days.
I was told breakfast and parking were included - parking wasn't.
I asked for clear allergen labelling at breakfast - see above.
I asked for two pairs of supportive pillows - we got one pair of lumpyness until asked again.
I asked for a small surprise (paid for of course) in the room because it was my husband's birthday - nothing.
I asked for consideration of my allergies (dust) - I had to clean the area behind the bed and on lamps/side tables myself, they were so dusty.
Considering that your room rates are €40-€50 above the Dresden average I would have expected more.
Nevertheless, the charme and helpfulness of everyone working at the hotel was impressive.
The location is perfect for tourists, the real Dresden is elsewhere.
The missing hotel name and the fact that not one out of eight taxi drivers knew the hotel are also odd.
