OK but not great. Needs refurbishing. Noisy aircon. No fridge or minibar. Area is quiet but a bit off and doesn't allow for direct access with Trams to the city center.

Ideally located and nice accommodation. But noisy room. Quite expensive rate and outrageous price for breakfast

Really boring room with absolutely no decoration covering the cheap Raufasertapete white walls. Feels more like a sterile hospital than a cosy place. We stay in International chain hotels while traveling in Germany as I don't like double beds which actually are two single beds put together making it a double bed with a crack in the middle. As such, I booked a room with a queen size bed. Upon checking I was told in a quite unfriendly way that the hotel no longer has those rooms available and that the choice on Carlson's site is only a preference (this never happened to me before). My silver status was never acknowledged or recognized. After the unnecessary unfriendly check-in it turned out our room had a queen bed (actually the room were 2x rooms... One with a queen bed, the other with the double bed with the crack, still the receptionist was surprised as obviously she didn't really know how the rooms look like at all. Room 316 also has a very bad Wi-Fi signal. There is no water or coffee machine in the room. There is a cheap parking place just outside the hotel which is very convenient.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and clean Rooms.
No good night service to open the door after a night on the town
