Nettes Personal und sehr schicke Autos. Bei der Rückgabe unbedingt eine persönliche Übergabe verlangen und einmal ums Auto gehen dann gibt es auch nachträglich keine Reklamationen.

Freundliche und kompetente Beratung sowie Abwicklung, alles geht prompt per Smartphone-Vernetzung innerhalb der Buchungsabläufe und Fahrzeugübergaben SIXT-intern. Schneller und besser kann man es nicht machen.
Auch eine wichtige Terminsverlängerung zur Fahrzeugrückgabe ging problemlos und verursachte keine Mehrkosten, da erst damit die gebuchte Leistung gemäß Tarif vollständig genutzt war. Gut, daß ich vorsorglich nachgefragt hatte!

Rented a van for one evening. The car was in a terrible state, all dented and with a lot of visible damage.The damage report had around 10 entries all in German. At drop-off the car was not checked. Four days later I get an email stating that I have scratched the bumper and broken the front indicator. As I have used it for 3 hours to transport a couch I think I would have remembered damaging it.

Bottom line is if you rent from them make sure you thoroughly document the state of the car at pick up and drop off. Also ask for a signature that the car was ok at drop off. I used to trust car rental companies because of previous nice experiences. This is one mistake I will not make again.
